Governance

ULI Foundation activities are governed by a 45-member Board of Overseers comprised of long-standing ULI members and leaders. The Board of Overseers meets quarterly to review programs and plans provided by Staff.

In the past the governance of the Foundation has been an extension of the ULI Executive Comittee. On July 1, 2011 the Foundation will have a new Board of Directors who will be responsible for the strategic direction of the Foundation and will maintain its relationship to the governance of ULI in an open and transparent role. The new Board is listed below.
