The ULI Foundation funds a number of programs, services and initiatives. It sponsors education programs and forums that anticipate emerging land use trends and issues; underwrites advisory services for community revitalization and disaster recovery areas; and fosters the dissemination of information on land use and development through publications, case study research and endowed resident fellowships. From its earliest days, ULI has been self-reliant, depending on dues paid by members and fees paid for books and events, rather than on government grants or contracts. Continuing that tradition, the ULI Foundation provides the endowment to ensure the ongoing work of the Institute, underwriting critical research and education programs and advancing real estate development policy and practice.
