Named Gift Opportunities
To provide ULI with “venture capital” to address emerging issues affecting the land use profession, the Foundation accepts named endowment gifts of $250,000 or more to fund specific ULI programs and initiatives-giving members the rare opportunity to contribute to a cause or project that is personally meaningful.  These types of gifts help to guarantee that the institute remains forward thinking and has the resources available to track specific topical areas over time.
Examples of named endowment gift opportunities include:

• Senior resident fellows who focus on ULI’s core areas of work
• Advisory service panels to help communities in need
• Special funds designated to support R&D on emerging issues
• ULI symposia to address a wide range of issues
• Books and publications to inform and instruct land use professionals on a variety of subjects
• Graduate fellowships to expose future land use professionals to the industry and ULI programming
• The ULI Awards for Excellence
