Terwilliger Center for Housing

The ULI Terwilliger Center for Housing is just one of many ULI programs that are supported by donations to the ULI Foundation. Longtime ULI member and former ULI Chairman J. Ronald Terwilliger established the center in 2007 with a $5 million gift to the Foundation, and gifts of all sizes to the Annual Fund continue to sustain it.

Through its research, publications, convenings, awards, and technical assistance, the center fulfills its mission to facilitate creating and sustaining a full spectrum of housing opportunities—including affordable and workforce housing—in communities across the United States.
