ULI Foundation Governors gathered April 18 to 21 in Menlo Park, California, for a retreat focusing on the intersection of technology and real estate in the Silicon Valley.

Speakers included venture capital pioneer Chris Eyre of Legacy Venture and forecaster and essayist Paul Saffo. Governors also toured Plug and Play Tech Center, a global accelerator that specializes in growing tech startups, and the Village at San Antonio Center, a mixed-use redevelopment of a 50-year-old shopping center in Mountain View, California.
