ULIF Priorities

The ULI Foundation is dedicated to advancing the Urban Land Institute’s mission to shape the future of the built environment for transformative impact in communities worldwide. Together with ULI members and supporters, the ULI Foundation is working to drive progress on ULI’s three Global Mission Priorities that were announced in July, 2021: Decarbonizing the real estate sector and accelerating our progress to net zero; Increasing housing attainability in communities around the world; and Educating the next generation of diverse real estate leaders. The three priorities are underpinned by a commitment and focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), which recognizes that our communities can only be successful and sustainable if they work for everyone.

Our philanthropic priorities broadly support the Institute’s education programs and ULI’s global research centers and initiatives.
