How Information is Used. The ULI Foundation uses your information to help you complete a donation transaction, communicate back to you, and update you on our programs and future donation opportunities. Credit card numbers are used only for donation or payment processing and are not retained.
Although the ULI Foundation uses commercially reasonable controls to prevent unauthorized physical access by third parties to electronically stored credit card information, please be aware that no security system can guarantee information transmitted over the Internet will be secure from unlawful interception by outside parties.
No Sharing of Personal Information. The ULI Foundation will not sell, trade or share a donor’s personal information with anyone else, nor send donor mailings on behalf of other organizations. While the ULI Foundation often publicly honors its major donors by listing their names on our website or printed materials, we will honor any donor requests to remain anonymous.
