The ULI senior resident fellows program was established to enhance ULI’s role as the most influential voice in the real estate industry and to raise awareness of the Institute’s mission to provide leadership in the responsible use of land. ULI has five senior resident fellows who specialize in real estate finance, public policy, retail/urban entertainment, transportation/infrastructure, housing, environmental issues, and urban development.
