ULI Annual Fund
Supporting the Urban Land Institute through annual giving is one of the most powerful ways you can make an impact. Unrestricted contributions to the ULI Annual Fund ensure that ULI has the resources to acknowledge opportunities and address unforeseen challenges with expediency that would otherwise not be possible. Your donation enables ULI to provide cutting-edge research, content, and programming that advances innovation in the industry and provides opportunities for our members to further connect, inspire, and lead.
Donors can choose to designate their contribution to a specific ULI signature program, ensuring that their gift is personally meaningful, or make an unrestricted donation with the assurance that it will be applied to meet ULI’s greatest needs.
Each year the ULI Annual Fund transfers more than $1 million to support ULI’s mission-driven programs:
- A. Eugene Kohn / KPF Fellowship: The A. Eugene Kohn/KPF Fellowship will fund research on low carbon design and other activities in the ULI Randall Lewis Center for Sustainability in Real Estate.
- Advisory Services: Advisory Service Panels leverage the expertise of our diverse membership to deliver achievable results for communities facing difficult land-use challenges across communities worldwide.
- Marty Stern Inclusion Fund: Supports Product Council Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives that will enhance the Product Council experience and/or promote DEI in the real estate industry.
