Four of the most revered and innovative real estate developers and ULI leaders, all of whom began their career on Hilton Head Island with Charles Fraser, discussed the unique education opportunities offered by ULI and how its culture of sharing helped their careers.

The four—Jim Chaffin and Jim Light of Chaffin Light Associates, Peter Rummell of the Rummell Co., and Ron Terwilliger of Trammell Crow Residential—spoke at ULI South Carolina’s 2013 conference in February.
