Four ULI Foundation governors have been selected to serve on the ULI Foundation’s board of directors, bringing a diverse set of leadership experiences from prior service on ULI boards and committees at the global and local levels.
The new members are Patrick Callahan, CEO of Urban Renaissance Group, Seattle; Stephen C. Conley, executive managing director at HFF, Washington, D.C.; Jeffery Swope, managing partner of Champion Partners, Dallas; Douglas Abbey, chairman of Swift Real Estate Partners, San Francisco.
Callahan served as co-chair of the sponsorship committee for the ULI 2017 Spring Meeting and is concurrently serving on the executive committee for ULI Americas. Conley is an active member of the Urban Development and Mixed-Use Council and will be chairing the Annual Fund. Swope served on the host committee for the Institute’s 2016 Fall Meeting in Dallas and has played an active role in ULI North Texas. Abbey is a ULI trustee and member of the governance committee for San Francisco.
