ARPI Awards $109K Grant to ULI Foundation to Advance Global Infrastructure Initiatives

The ULI Foundation has received a $109,000 grant from the Association for Real Property and Infrastructure (ARPI) to expand cross-regional knowledge exchange on sustainable and resilient infrastructure. Programs funded by the grant will connect U.S. and U.K. members, including study tours in Miami Beach and London, as well as initiatives promoting active and sustainable mobility.
“Infrastructure is a core component of sustainable, resilient, and thriving places,” says Rachel MacCleery, executive director of the ULI Randall Lewis Center for Sustainability in Real Estate.
The grant will support forums, webinars, and international programs designed to share innovative infrastructure strategies and successful case studies across the Atlantic.
