The generosity and altruism of ULI members shines brightly through Advisory Services programming. Through a variety of panels bringing real estate experts to the communities where they’re needed most, ULI members volunteer their time and expertise to discover sustainable, inclusive solutions for cities across the globe. 

Working with local leaders to confront community issues, ULI members bring a fresh perspective and unbiased insight to challenges facing cities and towns around the world. They provide actionable recommendations to dramatically improve quality of life for residents of the served communities, helping these areas grow and prosper. 

Thanks to the generous funding of ULI Foundation donors, nearly one in four Advisory Services panels over the last 25 years has been funded through philanthropy. Additional philanthropic support for these panels would enable ULI to reach even more communities in need, changing the world one place at a time.
