Criteria for At-Large Members

Engagement and Commitment to ULI

• Actively engaged in ULI, its programs, and networks.
• Philanthropically involved with ULI, preferably at the Governor level ($100,000) or higher.
• Willing to participate in a robust fundraising effort to advance ULI’s mission.
• Engages with both ULI and the ULI Foundation in a coordinated and collaborative manner, recognizing their interconnected roles in advancing the Institute’s goals.
• Familiar with the operations of philanthropic institutions, capital campaigns and adherence to gift compliance standards.

Philanthropic Support

• Pledge $10,000 annually to the ULI annual fund during the board term.
• Open to engaging in a major/principal gift conversation before the end of the board term.
