Charity Navigator, a leading independent advisory firm for institutional and individual donors to charities and nonprofits, recently awarded the ULI Foundation its highest rating.

Of the more than 7,600 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations evaluated by Charity Navigator, only 25 percent have received a four-star rating. Charity Navigator’s ratings are used by donors to show givers how efficiently a nonprofit organization will use their support today, how well it has sustained its programs and services over time, and their level of commitment to good governance, best practices, and openness with information.
