- ULI Tampa Bay hosted a two-day workshop with local members and national resilience experts to advise the city of St. Petersburg on developing resilience strategies that fostered social equity and economic development for underserved communities.
- The results and recommendations that came from the workshop were published in Realizing Resilience, released in May.
This project and countless others are the result of individual gifts to the Annual Fund, which empowers ULI to respond in a timely fashion with long-term solutions to communities facing complex problems in housing, transportation, infrastructure, and rebuilding after disaster.
The Annual Fund also benefits ULI’s key education and leadership programs, including UrbanPlan for high school and university students and the Women’s Leadership Initiative, which promotes the advancement of women as leaders in the real estate industry.
If you are a member of a ULI Product Council, you may choose to contribute to the Annual Fund through the Product Council Competition. You can also support the Annual Fund through contributions through your company’s matching gifts program.
